DA LAND SERVICES, is proud to be counted among the affiliate companies of the Group of DA Consulting Founded by Alejandro Arevalo, an headquartered in the highly industrialized state of Nuevo Leon, Mexico. DA Land Services is the first Mexican company to offer a complete suite of solutions for Land & ROW projects. This enterprise is highly adept at bringing together its highly qualified staff to commence a transmission, pipeline or other utility project from a tie-in or gathering point in the United States, and supporting title research, negotiations and right of way acquisitions, monitoring construction and making damage settlements to a destination or termination point near or south of the border in Mexico. We routinely collaborate with our technology consultants, Doyle Land Services Inc. of New Orleans. Doyle has designed and operates a comprehensive database system in both Spanish and English, for immediate updates and information on the progress of your project(s). OUR LICENSE OF THE DATA SYSTEM AND CARTOGRAPH

Doyle’s GIS Mapping and Data System is a secure, web-based application designed specifically to support and manage all aspects of a right of way projects. This application centralizes data management and allows our customers and field staff to remotely access reporting, mapping and file sharing tools. Database structure, report design, and data delivery (including export to third-party systems) can be easily customized to the specific needs of our client’s project.

We have developed studies and obtained environmental opinions and permits for important projects such as «Healthy Water for the Lagoon (2022)», «Extension of the irrigation district of Pueblo Yaqui (2022 – 2023)», «Third Water Line of the Cutzamala System of Mexico City (2015)», as well as Baja California State Water Program (2016) and different studies for the release of federal zones from photovoltaic, wind and gas projects.

We have participated on most of the principal pipeline projects in Mexico. Along our most recents are: Land Survey and pipeline detection of Mayakan II, placement and renewal of control point for the Transoceanic pipeline projects, preliminary studies, right of way survey and as built for the Nueva Era pipeline, annual photogrammetry studies to look for changes on land classification for the Nueva Era pipeline, photogrammetric studies for multiple pipeline preliminary studies along Mexico. As well, we have done photogrammetric studies to determine invasions of the right of way for more than 3,000 kilometers along the Ferromex Railroads.
