DA Consultores offers the full range of ground services for the railway industry in any metropolitan area, as well as rural segments throughout the country.
We have the capacity to serve railway companies in double track construction and maintenance projects, sidings, tracks, signals and electricity. They normally carry out or coordinate all activities on land prior to the construction of these projects. These services typically include conducting a visual site inspection and Phase 0 environmental study, conducting all necessary registration examinations, coordinating the delivery of all necessary title commitments, coordinating environmental studies of phase 1 and phase 2, the coordination of the studies of the land and the management of all the negotiations with the owners and the real estate closings.
